We clean your building with steam heated to 150° at low pressure to eradicate stubborn stains without damaging the render and paintwork of your property.

We then use HSE approved biocide chemicals designed to eliminate algae and discolouration and prevent the growth of organic materials that can stain your walls.

We work closely with most of the major render manufacturers including K-Rend and often receive work directly from them to resolve problems with new and nearly new developments.

A newly rendered building looks fantastic, especially with the range of coloured K-rend and other brands currently on the market. This type of coloured render is often sold as maintenance free, unfortunately the reality is that within a few years algae often settles on the surface of the render making the new render look old, tired and dirty. This is usually caused by biofilms such as red, green and black algae along with moss. Add in traffic pollution and other atmospheric pollution and it doesn’t take long for your beautiful building to start looking old and dirty.

The most common problem we encounter is caused by water ingress in to the render itself. This allows for the formation and spread of algae causing discolouration and making your once beautiful render looking dirty, stained and unsightly with non of it’s original vibrant colours.
